Where is Breezy and Boho located?
We are located in Chatham, Ontario, Canada, at 530 Victoria Ave, Unit O. The building was once an old school and now houses multiple businesses. Enter through the main doors, turn right, and we are just down the hall on your right. You’ll see the Breezy and Boho sign above the door.
Can I stop by and view the rental items?
Yes, you can set up an appointment to view our rental items in person. You can get an idea of what we have by looking at the photos in the ‘browse rentals’ section.
Do you require a rental deposit?
We may ask for a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total cost of rental items for larger rentals. Certain items may also require a damage deposit.
Do you deliver and set up?
Currently, we are a DIY style rental business. We offer our items at a very reasonable cost, because we don’t generally do delivery or set up. The majority of our rental items are portable and able to fit in a small SUV.
How long is a rental for?
Most items are usually rented for 48 hours unless an item is needed for another venue/rental. If you need an item longer, let us know and we can try to accommodate.
When do you require payment?
Payment is due when you pick up your rental items.
How do I cancel a rental?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you must cancel a rental. The 40% deposit is in most cases, non-refundable, but we will be understanding of certain uncontrollable circumstances.
I am looking for something I don’t see in the rental gallery?
If you are looking for a specific rental item that you don’t see, please let us know. If it is something we would consider for our business, we might be able to get it.
